Refurbished, Clean and very comfortable. Lovely sea view and warm welcome from family who run the hotel. Good restaurants close by and tram outside if you prefer to go into Blackpool. Beach outside hotel is amazing and had it all to myself

Had the sea view room,my honest review is this sea view yes but windows wasn’t clean enough I understand sea air and all that marking windows.paint work not finished in bathroom,my wife and I stayed the 1 night on arrival told the manager we woylike a hot breakfast rather than the continental he said ok .next morning he asked how we wanted our eggs I said scrambled so we sat there with our brew’s waiting for our hot amazing breakfast,what we got was a side plate with just scrambled eggs on it ,we just looked at each other.I think it might be because the owner is Muslim and can’t cook meat etc well that’s fair enough but don’t mislead people with saying breakfast included because everyone expects bacon etc being a bloke it’s what I was looking forward to anyway dissatisfaction.and the hotel was quite out the way from central Blackpool. Bed comfy ,room size ok
